Our Story
Demitry Construction was founded by Steve Ramsey, a second-generation builder who began learning the trade at just six years old. Trained by his father in all areas of the building process, Steve later continued his professional development under the world-class Japanese engineers at KITANO Construction Corporation, where he worked as an Assistant Engineer.
Today, Steve has accumulated more than 28 years of full-time construction experience. Combined with a highly skilled and dedicated team, Demitry Construction is fully equipped to manage and complete any residential or commercial project—from foundation to finishing.
The company is named after Steve’s first-born son, Demitry Ramsey, reflecting strong family values, legacy, and pride in quality craftsmanship.
